A short, plain-language summary of how we handle your data and how to reach the data controller.
In one paragraph: We collect your email and company details only so we can send you FDF reports and invite you to our annual survey if you ask us to. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for anything else, and you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
The data controller for FDF-related data is the University of St.Gallen, acting as coordinator of the FDF consortium. Data requests can be addressed to klaus.moeller@unisg.ch.
Marketing contact data: up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Anonymous survey data: retained indefinitely for longitudinal research.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. Email klaus.moeller@unisg.ch and we'll respond within 30 days.
We share your contact data only with our email provider (to send you the report) and, for anonymised aggregate analysis, across the FDF consortium partners. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
